N.M. Amosov (1913−2002), cardiac surgeon, MD, academician, came up with the simplest 10 exercises that must first be done only 10 times each, after which the number of repetitions gradually increased to 100. Amosov himself did these exercises until he was very old and felt just great!

Physical activity is inversely related to stress and depression experienced, and a person's health is directly related to physical activity. Physical activity may act as a moderator of the stress-health relationship by reducing the detrimental effects of stress on physical and mental health, and may therefore counteract the negative health effects of stress.

One of the modern effective methods is Tibetan hormonal gymnastics, which has a number of positive effects on the body of those involved: it helps to normalize the state of the cardiovascular system:

Tibetan hormonal gymnastics exercises are used both for prevention and for direct treatment of many diseases. Regular performance of these exercises of this gymnastics significantly reduces the incidence of illness, increases the supply of vitality for the whole day, increasing performance.
