One of the modern and effective techniques is Tibetan hormonal gymnastics, which has a number of positive effects on the body of those who practice it. It helps normalize the state of the cardiovascular system: stabilizes the work of the heart and blood vessels, eliminates fluctuations in blood pressure; improves the functioning of the gastrointestinal tract: prevents constipation and helps the body eliminate accumulated waste products and toxins; has a beneficial effect on the eyes: relieves intraocular pressure, gradually restores vision, and combats eye fatigue; stimulates the work of the brain, particularly the pituitary gland; ensures proper lymph flow in the body; has a lifting effect, helping to get rid of a double chin and sagging in the lower face; has a positive effect on hearing and helps eliminate ear diseases; helps to get rid of joint pain in the legs, relieves swelling and fatigue in the legs; clears consciousness and mind, improves memory and has a positive effect on all mental processes; stimulates the thyroid gland; strengthens the immune system; improves sleep, helps combat difficulties falling asleep and insomnia; supports the normal functioning of all body systems; helps balance the hormonal profile; slows down aging processes in the body; helps prevent diseases of the upper respiratory tract; strengthens blood vessels; helps reduce cellulite and the “orange-peel” effect; stimulates an influx of vital energy, vigor, improves mood, and gives inexhaustible energy and liveliness for the whole day; influences all the glands of the endocrine system that produce hormones, which largely determine our health, youth, activity, and quality of life.[1]
The exercises of Tibetan hormonal gymnastics are used both for preventive purposes and for the direct treatment of many diseases. Regular practice of these exercises significantly reduces morbidity, increases the supply of vital energy for the whole day, and improves work capacity.
