Methods of self-regulation

There are many different methods of self-regulation, so each person should individually choose those that will be most helpful for successful psychological self-regulation.
Principles are understood as statements that describe the basic regularities, laws of a theory and a person’s beliefs that form their worldview.

  1. Clearly know what you want to achieve.
  2. To make your intentions clear, you need a clear plan.
  3. Imagine the desired result.
  4. Formulate a strong motivation to achieve success.
  5. Be confident in yourself.
  6. Turn an obstacle into a springboard for a new leap towards your goal.
  7. Look back at the past, enjoy the present and take an interest in the future.
  8. Master the ability to succeed while experiencing joy and happiness [1].
